Log into your Brick account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
